My Training & Philosophy
I completed over 1,000 hours of hands-on and theoretical instruction in holistic health and massage therapy through the Academy of Professional Careers. My education was designed to integrate bodywork, anatomy, energy techniques, and client-centered care—giving me the tools to not only treat physical tension but to support emotional and energetic well-being.
