This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs the use of services provided by Owl Tell You Who (“Business,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its affiliated nonprofit initiative, OTYW – Lost and Found (“Nonprofit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined herein.1.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Owl Tell You Who offers the following services:

• Massage Therapy: Professional therapeutic massage services provided by licensed practitioners.
• Reiki Healing: Energy healing sessions conducted by certified Reiki practitioners.

OTYW – Lost and Found offers:

• Nonprofit Services: Community wellness programs, educational outreach, and volunteer initiatives focused on healing, connection, and rediscovery.

All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking or registration.

2. CLIENT ELIGIBILITY

Clients must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to receive massage or Reiki services. Minors may participate in nonprofit programs with written parental or guardian consent. We reserve the right to verify age and identity prior to service delivery.

3. APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or in person.

• Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid deposit.
• Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to practitioner availability, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. PAYMENT TERMS AND DONATIONS

• Massage and Reiki Services: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service.
• Nonprofit Donations: Donations to OTYW – Lost and Found are voluntary, non-refundable, and used to support our community programs.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept [insert accepted methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, PayPal].

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Clients and participants are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate physical or verbal behavior
• Disruption of services or events
• Violation of health and safety protocols

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

6. DISCLAIMER OF MEDICAL LIABILITY

Our services are intended to support wellness and relaxation. They are not substitutes for medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Clients are advised to consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or during service intake is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owl Tell You Who and OTYW – Lost and Found shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, or financial loss.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Davis County, Utah.
